Organic food production is not a new creation. In fact it is what we all used to eat. It is vegetables and meat that is grown with artificial fertilisers and routine pesticide use that is new. Growers have in fact, over the years been offered many incentives not to grow organic vegetables and meat.

After the 2nd world war the UK were determined to be self sufficient with the production of farmed goods. To help effect this subsidies were offered and reasons to increase yields. This conclusion offered an inviting opening for agri-chemical companies to sell more and increasingly more fertilisers and pesticides. Pesticide traces on farmed vegetables provide a plethora of known dangerous nutritional values for humans and they can be a known cause of cancer and further diseases.

Organic food which is grown using upto only 4 natural pesticides (non organic farmers have an arsenal of over 700 chemicals to choose from) is exclusively food that is grown naturally and traditionally and it is not right to assume that it is a new fad. It is in the real world the non organic vegetables and meat that is the new thing.

Organically farmed Food not only tastes better it is nutritionally superior to vegetables and meat grown using chemical residues and pesticides. It is also proven to be far ever more agreeable to your health.
