Organic food production is not a new phenomina. In fact it is the diet we all sat down to eat. It is vegetables and meat grown with artificial fertilisers and regular pesticide use that is new. Farmers provide in fact, over the years been urged to take many incentives not to grow organic food.

After the 2nd world war the UK were determined to be truly self sufficient with the farming of grown goods. To help achieve this subsidies were given and monetary reasons to increase yields. This offered an inviting opening for chemical companies to offer more and more fertilisers and pesticides. Pesticide traces on vegetables have a number of known dangerous properties for humans and the establishment can be a cause of cancer and other diseases.

Organic food which is unnaturally produced using upto only 4 natural pesticides (non naturally farmed farmers have an arsenal of over 700 harmful chemical residues to make their choice from) is merely food that is grown naturally and traditionally and it is not right to assume that it is a new phenomina. It is in fact the non organic food why is the new thing.

Organic Vegetables and meat not try to tastes better it is nutritionally superior to food grown using chemicals and pesticides. It is also proven to be far more beneficial to your health.
